(More customer reviews)I should have read the other review before buying this worthless piece of crap. I wanted to use it to connect my laptop to my projector, but it does not convert anything. I don't know why anyone would actually have a legitimate use for it. If the device at the VGA end (laptop) is sending a VGA signal, it will not work! They put a ridiculously vauge disclaimer in the ad "Your display system must support component video (Y, Pr, Pb) signal output function in order for the image to display properly." Which is perfectly reasonable to be read as "display system" = projector, but what they really mean is that the device at the VGA end must be sending a component signal through the VGA jack. This REALLY needs to be more clear in the ad! If the seller won't fix it, Amazon should take this product off their site!
