Exception: nVidia released a driver that encompassed GT220, v.196.21, that was horrible. I re-downloaded and re-installed it several times and each time it was installed, I experienced a hard freeze across my system that required disconnecting power and then turning it back on.
I had to roll back to previous driver, and then wait for new versions to correct that problem before updating driver again. Tried to send feedback to nVidia but my detailed response was timed out.
Current driver works fine (v.258.96).
