(More customer reviews)I was completely satisfied with this product until it broke yesterday after 4-5 months of very infrequent use. I used it 2 to 8 times a month. Yesterday as I was unplugging it from my laptop, the outer (metal) part that inserts into the computer remained there as I unplugged it. I wasn't forcing it. It felt normal as I unplugged it and I didn't notice anything was wrong until I saw the metal piece sticking out of the computer.
