(More customer reviews)This card exploded in my desktop after a couple of months of use. The PCB board on one side is completely black from the soot. I tried to contact XFX's customer service online, but they required that I register on their website before they allowed any contact. So I filled out the required info (Name, Email, Phone Number, Product #, Serial Number, Personal Activation Code), and I was finally allowed to describe my problem through their online form.
The response I got was plan juvenile. They passed me from one guy to another, each stating that I need to provide my mailing address before they can help me. I told them that I would only provide my address once they've discussed the technical problem with the card and deemed that a RMA would be provided. I offered to email them a picture of the defective card. They ignored all my descriptions of the problem, and continued to ask me for only my address.
My advice: Avoid dealing with companies that will support their products ONLY until you create a detailed web profile. And avoid XFX. Their customer service and the tone of their email makes it seem that they are a bunch of high school kids.
