(More customer reviews)My coworker and I have offices right next to each other and two different usb tuners. Switching the tuners and different antennas between our offices yields this result, his tuner picks up lots of stations in either offfice with different antennas, mine picks up nothing in any combination. It once locked a station for a minute or tweo and lost it. Yes the software is installed correctly. My coworkers other brand picks up stations with the tiny included antenna, the one I bought gets nothing even with highly rated antenna, and with or without amplification. This might work well out doors or near a window close to a signal, but it won't lock down anything at all for me in my office building and other brands will.
