Highly recommended for international travelers. If you have PAL video equipment and want to display it on your NTSC (American) TV, then this is the perfect product! Fairly small and easy to take with you overseas if you want to use your NTSC video equipment internationally on a PAL system. It's a digital converter that converts any signal worldwide. Very inexpensive and the picture quality is excellent...no delay in signal at all! The available plug-in types are composite, s-video, and VGA (even works for a computer!) We purchased from Hi-Tech Media. The product shipped within 1 business day and arrived so quickly! We even got a yummy surprise in the box! Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!
