(More customer reviews)This splitter will degrade your signal as expected. It is not an amplifier so by splitting the signal, it lost half the power to both display. Just like an audio splitter, the sound will become softer & in this case the video will become darker when split.
How dark? Its about as dark as turning down the brightness and contrast level all the way down to the bottom of my panasonic LCD TV.
I am going to replace with an amp.
