Controls and on/off switch are a pleasure to work with, and are not mechanical buttons; all that is needed is a light touch of the bottom center of the frame, based on whether you want to turn on/off, activate the menu, etc. I set up at default res of 1600 x 900. Assembly and stand setup are easy. Screw holes are on the back for wall-mounting purposes. Plug it in and you're in business in two minutes. Available at wholesale club for $139.99. There is no LCD TV capability, but Samsung includes two different types of cords to connect the monitor to the signal coming from the PC/Mac.
I bought a same size and similar Samsung monitor for the same price as this (and from the same store) some months ago. I reviewed it here. This newer model is improved in that it is easier to set up and use.
