If you have a high quality monitor you will see the difference using this cable. If you have a cheap monitor you may not see the difference, but the cable will outlast your monitor. It's money well spent. It's a very high quality product. Cleared up a 'flicker' problem for me that was caused by an old cable and electronic interference. Good shielding.
