(More customer reviews)This is a great little TV card, you can watch TV in a resizable window, on up to full screen. You can capture video (provided your PC is fast enough to keep up). It has a coaxial input for cable, and an RCA connector for a camcorder for example.
On the downside it only does mono sound, which is fine for most people, but the reason I gave it for stars instead of five is the way it connects to the soundcard. A cable is required to attach from the audio out to the line-in on the soundcard. It would have been nice to have the option of using an internal cable for sound cards that could support them, or a line-in pass-through so that you can connect something else to line-in without unplugging the TV card. The reason that this is annoying is because the back of the PC is usually hard to get at to change plugs.
Still, this is something that won't affect everybody. I would still recommend this card for anyone looking for a cheap TV card. Works perfectly with Linux also.
