(More customer reviews)When I received the cable, my experience was very much the same as the 1-star and 2-star ratings. There were several faint, duplicate images phased to the right of the main image (each ghost image is more faint than the one to the left). The ghosting did not render the cable completely useless, but initially it was quite distracting. After getting used to it, it did not bother me so much.
I contacted Eforcity and informed them of the issues I was having with the cable. They promptly sent me a replacement, and it worked perfectly. The image was crystal clear and perfect, just as the other 4-star and 5-star reviews describe. If you order this cable and have issues, contact Eforcity and inform them. They should be able to quickly send you a replacement.
